Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective date: July 2, 2026

Last updated: July 2, 2026

This Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to paid Paw.Page subscriptions and forms part of the Paw.Page Terms of Use.

On Paw.Page, the words "plans" and "subscriptions" may be used interchangeably. Both refer to paid Paw.Page subscription access and related paid platform features.

1. What a Paw.Page subscription provides

Paw.Page is a link-in-bio, public-profile and profile-customisation platform.

Paid subscriptions provide software and platform features supplied directly by Paw.Page. Depending on the selected plan, these may include:

  • Additional profile customisation and design options.
  • Higher media, gallery or profile-feature limits.
  • Additional profile-management and creator tools.
  • Premium or VIP profile indicators.
  • Increased visibility within eligible Paw.Page discovery features.
  • Priority support.
  • Early access to selected features.
  • Other features described on the Paw.Page pricing or checkout page.

The features, limits, price and billing period applicable to your subscription will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

A subscription does not guarantee any particular number of profile visits, customers, followers, commissions, sales, search impressions or other results.

2. No creator payment services

Payments made directly to Paw.Page are solely for Paw.Page subscriptions and software features provided by Paw.Page.

Paw.Page does not:

  • Accept or process tips, commissions, donations or customer payments on behalf of profile owners.
  • Hold, route, transfer, split or distribute funds for creators or other users.
  • Provide creator balances, stored-value accounts or creator payouts.
  • Act as an escrow service, payment facilitator or financial intermediary between profile owners and their visitors.
  • Sell creator content or digital goods on behalf of profile owners.

Profile owners may be permitted to add links to independent third-party shops, commission services, membership services, fundraising pages or payment services. Any transaction conducted through an external link is separate from Paw.Page and is processed independently by the profile owner, visitor and applicable third-party service.

Paw.Page is not a party to those external transactions and is not responsible for their payments, fulfilment, refunds, disputes, products or services.

3. Subscription prices and currency

Subscription prices, available billing periods and the applicable currency are displayed on the pricing and checkout pages before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, Paw.Page subscription prices are displayed and charged in the currency indicated on the payment page or plans page.

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law. Your bank, card issuer or financial provider may separately charge currency-conversion, international-transaction or other fees. These external fees are not charged or controlled by Paw.Page.

4. Recurring billing and automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions are recurring subscriptions unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorise Paw.Page and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method:

  • At the beginning of the initial subscription period.
  • At the beginning of each subsequent renewal period.
  • At the billing interval selected during checkout, such as monthly, every six months or annually.
  • Until you cancel the subscription or it is otherwise terminated.

Your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration unless you cancel it before the next renewal charge is processed.

The price, billing interval and next payment date will be displayed during checkout or through the available subscription-management controls.

5. Price changes

Paw.Page may change subscription prices prospectively.

If a price change affects an existing recurring subscription, Paw.Page will provide reasonable advance notice where required by law. The notice will explain the new price and when it will take effect.

If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the first renewal charged at that price. Continuing the subscription after the notified effective date authorises renewal at the updated price.

6. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time using the subscription or billing controls available through your Paw.Page account.

If account-based cancellation is unavailable or does not work, you may request cancellation through the Paw.Page contact page:

A cancellation takes effect at the end of the subscription period that has already been paid for unless Paw.Page states otherwise.

After cancellation:

  • You will not be charged for another renewal period.
  • Your paid features will normally remain available until the end of the current paid period.
  • Your account will then return to the applicable free plan or lose access to paid features.
  • Content exceeding free-plan limits may be hidden, restricted or scheduled for removal after reasonable notice.
  • Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your Paw.Page account or public profile.

You are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal is processed. Cancellation requests received after a renewal has been charged are handled under the refund provisions below.

7. Refunds for an initial subscription purchase

You may request a refund of your first payment for a new paid subscription within seven calendar days after the original purchase.

To request a refund, contact Paw.Page and provide:

  • Your Paw.Page username.
  • The email address associated with the subscription.
  • The approximate payment date.
  • The reason for the request.
  • Any transaction or receipt reference available to you.

Paw.Page may refuse or limit a discretionary refund where there is evidence of fraud, repeated refund abuse, substantial use of paid services, a violation of the Terms of Use, or an attempt to obtain paid benefits without payment.

This limitation does not affect refund, cancellation or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Refunds for renewal payments

Subscription renewal payments are generally non-refundable once a new billing period begins.

If you did not intend to renew, contact Paw.Page within three calendar days after the renewal payment. Paw.Page may provide a full refund where:

  • The request was submitted promptly.
  • The renewed subscription has not been substantially used during the new billing period.
  • The account has not previously shown repeated refund or subscription abuse.

Requests made more than three calendar days after renewal are normally not eligible for a refund, except where required by law or where Paw.Page determines that exceptional circumstances apply.

No refund is provided merely because a user forgot to cancel, stopped using Paw.Page, did not receive expected profile traffic, or no longer requires the subscription.

9. Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised charges

If you believe you were charged more than once, charged an incorrect amount or charged after a valid cancellation, contact Paw.Page promptly.

Confirmed duplicate or incorrect Paw.Page charges will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.

If you believe your payment method was used without authorisation, contact Paw.Page and your card issuer or financial provider promptly. Paw.Page may request reasonable information needed to investigate and prevent further unauthorised activity.

10. Partial billing periods

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise:

  • Subscription fees are not prorated.
  • Cancelling partway through a billing period does not produce a partial refund.
  • Unused days, profile limits, support benefits or other subscription features do not carry monetary value.
  • Subscription time cannot be transferred to another person or redeemed for cash.

11. Plan upgrades and downgrades

The price and effective date of a plan change will be displayed before you confirm it.

An upgrade may take effect immediately and may result in a prorated charge or account credit where disclosed during confirmation.

A downgrade will normally take effect at the end of the current paid period. When a downgrade takes effect, features and limits associated with the previous plan may become unavailable.

You are responsible for reviewing and adjusting content that exceeds the limits of the new plan.

12. Failed and overdue payments

If a subscription payment fails, Paw.Page or our payment processor may make additional attempts to charge the selected payment method.

Paw.Page may notify you and provide an opportunity to update your billing information. While a payment remains unsuccessful, Paw.Page may:

  • Temporarily restrict paid features.
  • Suspend the subscription.
  • Return the account to a free plan.
  • Cancel the subscription.

Paw.Page does not charge a separate late-payment fee unless one is clearly disclosed and legally permitted.

13. Free trials and promotional offers

Paw.Page may occasionally offer trials, discounts or promotional subscription terms.

The duration, price, eligibility requirements and renewal conditions of an offer will be disclosed before enrolment.

If a free or discounted trial automatically converts into a paid subscription, the price and billing interval that apply after the trial will be disclosed before you enrol. You must cancel before the trial or promotional period ends to avoid the disclosed subscription charge.

Promotional offers may be limited to eligible users and may not be combined, transferred or repeatedly claimed through multiple accounts.

14. Service unavailability

Paw.Page does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

Short maintenance periods, temporary interruptions, individual feature failures or circumstances outside Paw.Page's reasonable control do not automatically entitle a user to a refund.

If paid features are materially unavailable for a prolonged period because of a failure within Paw.Page's reasonable control, Paw.Page may provide an appropriate account credit, subscription extension, partial refund or full refund after considering the duration and effect of the interruption.

This section does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Account suspension or termination

Purchasing a subscription does not exempt an account from the Paw.Page Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.

Paw.Page may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account or terminate an account that violates its policies or creates legal, security, safety, payment-provider or platform risks.

A user is generally not entitled to a refund when a subscription or account is restricted or terminated because of:

  • A violation of the Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.
  • Fraud, payment abuse or chargeback abuse.
  • Prohibited content, products, services or links.
  • Attempts to evade moderation or account restrictions.
  • Conduct that creates material legal, security or safety risks.

Any rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

16. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned through our payment processor to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Refund-processing times depend on our payment processor, your card issuer and your financial provider. After Paw.Page issues a refund, it may take several business days or longer to appear in your account.

Paw.Page cannot guarantee processing times controlled by third parties.

17. Consumer rights

Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, refund right, cancellation right or other consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Where mandatory law gives you greater rights than this Policy, those mandatory rights will apply.

18. Changes to this Policy

Paw.Page may update this Policy to reflect changes to its subscription features, business practices, legal obligations or payment arrangements.

The revised Policy will be published with an updated "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects an existing subscription, Paw.Page will provide additional notice where reasonably required.

Changes will apply prospectively unless the law permits or requires otherwise.
