Terms of Use

Effective date: August 11, 2026

Last updated: August 11, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Paw.Page.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Paw.Page, including our website, user profiles, account tools, imports, themes, links, reports, integrations and any other services we provide (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is operated by Paw.Page (“Paw.Page,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account or publishing a Paw.Page profile, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and age requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Paw.Page.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Paw.Page is not directed to children under 13. You may not create an account or provide personal information to us if you are under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we may delete the account and associated information.

Profiles that include mature, sensitive, or age-restricted material must use the available Sensitive Content controls honestly and clearly.

Users must not:

Use NSFW, explicit, or age-restricted images as public profile pictures, avatars, directory images, map images, or other public preview images.

Use usernames, Paw.Page URLs, display names, or public-facing profile labels that are explicit, graphic, or designed to bypass safety filtering.

Mislabel mature, sensitive, or age-restricted material as general-audience content.

Falsely represent their age or eligibility to use the Service.

We may use reasonable age-assurance measures, restrict features or request evidence of eligibility where necessary for safety or legal compliance.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate and current account information.

You are responsible for:

Protecting your password and authentication credentials.

All activity conducted through your account.

Keeping your email address and recovery information current.

Informing us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Ensuring that anyone managing your profile has permission to do so.

You may not share, sell, transfer or rent your account without our written permission.

Usernames and profile URLs are provided on a first-available basis. A username does not give you ownership of a word, name or trademark. We may reclaim or change a username when reasonably necessary to address impersonation, infringement, inactivity, confusion, fraud or platform administration.

We may reject or require changes to usernames that are deceptive, abusive, unlawful or misleading.

4. Public and hidden profiles

Your profile may be set to Public or Hidden using the available account controls.

A Public profile may be accessible to anyone, including people who are not logged in. Public information may appear in search engines, previews, shared links, caches, archives or third-party services.

A Hidden profile is removed from ordinary public presentation, but this does not guarantee complete secrecy. Anyone who previously accessed, copied or shared your information may retain it. We may also retain information where necessary for security, backups, dispute resolution or legal compliance.

You are responsible for reviewing your profile’s visibility and content before publishing it.

Do not publish information you want to remain confidential.

5. Your content

“User Content” means information or material you submit, import, upload, publish or otherwise make available through Paw.Page. It may include:

Profile names and usernames.

Biographies, descriptions and status information.

Images, artwork, logos and profile media.

Links and link descriptions.

Pronouns, interests, communities and identity information.

Fursona or character information.

Commission, service and availability information.

Reports, support requests and other communications.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Paw.Page a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, process, resize, format, display and distribute that content solely as reasonably necessary to:

Operate and display your profile.

Provide previews, sharing and accessibility features.

Secure, moderate and improve the Service.

Provide features you request.

Comply with legal obligations.

Enforce these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

This licence ends when your content is deleted from our active systems, except where copies must reasonably remain in backups, security records, legal records or content previously shared by others.

You confirm that:

You own your User Content or have permission to use it.

Your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.

You have permission from identifiable people shown in your content.

Any testimonials, promotions or commercial claims are truthful.

Your content complies with these Terms, our Community Guidelines and applicable law.

You remain responsible for your User Content and any consequences of publishing it.

6. Mature Content and Sensitive Content Labels

Paw.Page is intended to stay friendly, accessible, and safe for a broad community. Mature, sensitive, or age-restricted material must be marked using the available Sensitive Content controls.

Public-facing profile pictures, avatars, directory images, map images, usernames, Paw.Page URLs, display names, and preview labels must remain suitable for a general audience.

You may not use Sensitive Content labels to hide illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, deceptive, harmful, or otherwise prohibited material.

Paw.Page may require content to be marked Sensitive Content, reduce its visibility, remove it, or restrict related features where needed for safety, moderation, payment-provider, hosting-provider, legal, or community reasons.

Paw.Page may restrict visibility, remove content or links, disable features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts when content creates safety, payment-provider, hosting-provider, legal, or community risks.

7. Prohibited uses

You may not use Paw.Page to:

Break any applicable law or encourage illegal activity.

Exploit, sexualise, groom or endanger a minor.

Publish child sexual abuse material or sexualised depictions of minors.

Introduce malicious code or disrupt the Service.

Use automated systems in a way that places an unreasonable burden on Paw.Page.

Resell or commercially exploit the Service unless we permit it.

Additional examples appear in our Community Guidelines.

8. Links and third-party services

Paw.Page allows users to publish links to third-party websites and services.

We do not control or endorse every linked destination. A link appearing on a Paw.Page profile does not mean that Paw.Page approves, verifies or guarantees the linked person, product, service, community or website.

Third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices and safety standards. You access them at your own risk.

Profile owners are responsible for ensuring their links are accurate, lawful and safe. We may block or remove links that appear malicious, deceptive, unlawful, broken or inconsistent with our rules.

9. Imports

Paw.Page may allow you to import publicly available information from another profile or link-in-bio service.

You may only import a page that you own, administer or have permission to reproduce. Importing information does not transfer ownership or responsibility to Paw.Page.

Imports may be incomplete, outdated or incorrectly formatted. You must review imported content before publishing it.

We may limit, suspend or discontinue an importer if required by technical restrictions, another service’s terms, intellectual-property concerns or platform safety.

10. Commissions, sales and transactions

Paw.Page may help creators and visitors discover commissions, services, products, donations or other commercial offerings. Unless Paw.Page expressly states otherwise, Paw.Page is not a party to transactions conducted through third-party websites.

Profile owners are responsible for:

Truthful descriptions and pricing.

Delivering purchased goods or services.

Refunds, cancellations and customer service.

Taxes, registrations and licences.

Consumer-protection obligations.

Disclosures concerning sponsorships, affiliate links or endorsements.

Visitors are responsible for assessing a creator or seller before paying them.

We do not guarantee the identity, quality, legality, availability or delivery of third-party offerings.

11. Paid features

Paw.Page offers optional recurring subscriptions and other paid features. Payments made to Paw.Page purchase software, profile-customisation and platform features supplied directly by Paw.Page.

Plans and subscriptions may be used interchangeably on Paw.Page. Both refer to paid Paw.Page subscription access and related paid platform features.

Subscription prices, billing periods, automatic renewal terms, cancellation rights and refund conditions are disclosed before purchase and in the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Payments made directly to Paw.Page are solely for subscriptions and software features provided by Paw.Page. Paw.Page does not accept, process, hold, route, split or distribute tips, commissions, donations, creator sales or customer payments on behalf of profile owners. Transactions accessed through external links are processed independently by the applicable creator, seller and third-party payment provider.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, fees are charged in the currency indicated on the payment page or plans page and do not include taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes except taxes imposed on Paw.Page’s income.

We may change paid features or prices prospectively. We will provide notice where required by law.

12. Reports and moderation

Users and visitors may report profiles or content they reasonably believe violate our rules.

We may investigate reports and take actions including:

Issuing a warning.

Requiring a label or content change.

Restricting visibility.

Removing content or links.

Restricting account features.

Temporarily suspending an account.

Permanently terminating an account.

Preserving relevant evidence.

Reporting apparent illegal conduct to appropriate authorities.

We may act without prior notice where necessary to protect users, Paw.Page or others.

Moderation decisions involve judgment and context. We do not guarantee that all prohibited content will be identified immediately or that all reports will result in removal.

Submitting knowingly false, abusive or retaliatory reports is prohibited.

Where available, you may appeal a moderation decision through our contact page. Appeals should identify the account, decision and reason you believe it should be reconsidered.

13. Intellectual property

Paw.Page and its software, branding, interface, design and original content are owned by Paw.Page or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer Paw.Page intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, sell or create derivative commercial services from Paw.Page except where applicable law expressly permits it.

“Paw.Page,” associated logos and branding may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without written permission.

14. Copyright complaints and DMCA notices

Paw.Page respects intellectual-property rights.

If you believe content on Paw.Page infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated copyright agent containing:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the copyrighted work.

Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material.

Your name, address, telephone number and email address.

A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.

If your content is removed following a DMCA notice, you may submit a legally valid counter-notification. We may forward notices and counter-notifications to the affected parties.

We may terminate accounts belonging to repeat infringers where appropriate.

A copyright agent should be registered with the relevant copyright office before relying on any applicable safe-harbor process.

15. Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback about Paw.Page, you grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your unrelated User Content.

16. Service availability and changes

We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

We aim to keep Paw.Page available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation. Maintenance, attacks, hosting failures, legal requirements and events outside our control may cause interruptions.

Features listed on our roadmap are plans, not binding commitments. Timing, scope and availability may change.

17. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Paw.Page at any time and may request account deletion through available account controls or our contact page.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe:

You violated these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Your account creates legal, security or safety risks.

Your account was obtained or used fraudulently.

We are required to act by law or a service provider.

Continuing to provide the account is impractical or harmful.

Sections that should reasonably survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification and dispute provisions—will remain effective.

18. Disclaimer of warranties

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAW.PAGE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

PAW.PAGE DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY AND ACCURACY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR ERROR-FREE.

CONTENT OR LINKS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SAFE.

USERS ARE WHO THEY CLAIM TO BE.

A PROFILE WILL RECEIVE ANY PARTICULAR TRAFFIC, SALES OR ENGAGEMENT.

LOST OR DELETED CONTENT CAN BE RECOVERED.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

19. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAW.PAGE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • THE AMOUNT YOU PAID PAW.PAGE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR

US$100.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

20. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Paw.Page and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

Your User Content.

Your use or misuse of the Service.

Your violation of these Terms.

Your violation of another person’s rights.

Products, services or transactions you offer through your profile.

We may control the defence of a matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to reasonably cooperate.

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the platform is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

jurisdiction. Unless’ jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking appropriate injunctive relief or using an eligible small-claims process.

Users may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws where they live. These Terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, security practices or business operations.

We will post the updated Terms and change the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where reasonably practicable or legally required.

Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance, except where the law requires another form of consent.

23. General provisions

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines constitute the agreement between you and Paw.Page concerning the Service.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign these Terms without our permission. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of the Service.

Headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
